Hong Kong Dashboard 是一個放喺平板長開的資訊看板，整合香港交通到站時間、天文台天氣，以及（可選）你的 Google 日曆日程。本政策說明我們處理你資料的方式。

Hong Kong Dashboard is an always-on tablet information board that combines Hong Kong public-transport arrival times, Observatory weather, and optionally your Google Calendar agenda. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. 我們存取的資料 · Information we access

只有你主動用 Google 登入後，我們才會存取以下 Google 帳戶資料：

• 基本帳戶資料（電郵、姓名、頭像） — 用作辨識你的帳戶，讓你儲存偏好（例如已揀的車站）。Basic profile (email, name, avatar) — to identify your account and save preferences such as chosen stops.
• Google 日曆（唯讀 calendar.readonly） — 只用作喺你部裝置嘅畫面上顯示你未來的日程（標題、時間、地點、出席者）。Google Calendar (read-only) — used only to display your upcoming events (title, time, location, attendees) on your own device's screen.

未登入亦可使用本服務：交通會用你裝置的定位（GPS）顯示最近車站，全程唔需要 Google 帳戶。You can use the service without signing in; transport uses your device location to show the nearest stop, with no Google account required.

2. 我們如何使用 · How we use it

• 你的日曆內容只會即時取得並顯示喺你部裝置的畫面，唔會儲存喺我們的伺服器，亦唔會作分析、廣告或建立用戶檔案。Calendar content is fetched live and shown on your device only; it is not stored on our servers and is never used for analytics, advertising, or profiling.
• 登入所得的 Google token 只保存喺你瀏覽器的本機儲存（localStorage），用嚟維持登入。OAuth tokens are kept only in your browser's local storage to maintain your session.
• 我們唔會出售、出租或分享你的個人資料或 Google 用戶資料畀任何第三方。We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or Google user data with any third party.

3. Google 用戶資料的有限使用 · Google Limited Use

4. 資料保留與刪除 · Retention & deletion

• 我們唔會喺伺服器保留你的日曆資料。畫面顯示的內容喺你關閉或重新整理後即消失。We retain no calendar data on servers; displayed content is gone once you close or refresh.
• 你可以隨時喺 app 內登出，或到 Google 帳戶權限頁 撤銷本應用的存取權，即時終止一切存取並清除本機 token。You may sign out anytime, or revoke this app's access at your Google Account permissions page, which immediately ends all access.

5. 第三方 · Third parties

天氣資料來自香港天文台公開數據、交通到站來自 data.gov.hk 公開數據，過程唔涉及你的個人資料。除 Google（用作登入及日曆）外，本服務唔會將你的資料傳送畀其他第三方。

Weather comes from Hong Kong Observatory open data and transport arrivals from data.gov.hk open data, none of which involve your personal data. Other than Google (for sign-in and calendar), no data is sent to third parties.

6. 分析 · Analytics

本網站使用 Google Analytics（GA4）收集匿名的整體使用統計（例如頁面瀏覽、裝置類型），用作改善服務。呢啲數據唔會用嚟辨識個別身分，亦唔會同你的 Google 日曆或帳戶資料連結。你可安裝 Google Analytics 停用附加元件 退出。

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous aggregate usage statistics (e.g. page views, device type) to improve the service. This data is not used to identify individuals and is not linked to your Google Calendar or account data.

7. 兒童 · Children

本服務並非針對 13 歲以下兒童，我們亦唔會蓄意收集兒童的個人資料。
