Hong Kong Dashboard 是一個放喺平板長開的資訊看板，整合香港交通到站時間、天文台天氣，以及（可選）你的 Google 日曆日程。本政策說明我們處理你資料的方式。

Hong Kong Dashboard is an always-on tablet information board that combines Hong Kong public-transport arrival times, Observatory weather, and optionally your Google Calendar agenda. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. 我們存取的資料 · Information we access

只有你主動用 Google 登入後，我們才會存取以下 Google 帳戶資料：

• Google 帳戶電郵及顯示名稱 — 用作辨識你的帳戶。我們會將你的電郵、顯示名稱、最後登入時間及登入次數儲存於我們的伺服器（Cloudflare KV），作帳戶辨識及整體使用統計之用。Google account email and display name — stored on our server (Cloudflare KV) together with last sign-in time and sign-in count, for account identification and aggregate usage statistics.
• Google 日曆（唯讀 calendar.readonly） — 只用作喺你部裝置嘅畫面上顯示你未來的日程（標題、時間、地點、出席者）。Google Calendar (read-only) — used only to display your upcoming events (title, time, location, attendees) on your own device's screen.

未登入亦可使用本服務：交通會用你裝置的定位（GPS）顯示最近車站，全程唔需要 Google 帳戶。You can use the service without signing in; transport uses your device location to show the nearest stop, with no Google account required.

2. 我們如何使用 · How we use it

• 你的日曆內容只會即時取得並顯示喺你部裝置的畫面，唔會儲存喺我們的伺服器，亦唔會作分析、廣告或建立用戶檔案。Calendar content is fetched live and shown on your device only; it is not stored on our servers and is never used for analytics, advertising, or profiling.
• 登入所得的 Google token 唔會儲存喺我們的伺服器：長期授權（refresh token）只放喺你部裝置一個 HttpOnly cookie（hkdash_rt，必要 cookie，180 日；令你唔使每個鐘重新登入），短期 token 放喺瀏覽器本機儲存（localStorage）。伺服器每次只係即場攞你部機送嚟嘅 cookie 向 Google 換一個新 token，用完即棄；亦用該 token 向 Google 換取你的已驗證電郵。Google tokens are not stored on our servers. The long-lived refresh token lives only in an HttpOnly cookie on your device (hkdash_rt, strictly necessary, 180 days) so you are not asked to sign in every hour; short-lived tokens live in your browser's local storage. The server exchanges the cookie for a fresh token on demand and discards it.
• 你的電郵、顯示名稱、登入時間及次數會儲存於我們的伺服器，用作辨識帳戶、整體使用統計，以及（只限你勾選同意後）向你發送服務通知及推廣電郵（見第 3 節）。唔會用嚟建立行為檔案。Your email, display name, sign-in time and count are stored on our server for account identification, aggregate usage statistics, and — only if you ticked the consent box — service notices and promotional email (see §3). Never used for behavioural profiling.
• 我們唔會出售、出租或分享你的個人資料或 Google 用戶資料畀任何第三方作其自身用途。We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or Google user data with any third party for their own purposes.

3. 電郵通訊 · Email communications

本服務可免登入使用。當你選擇以 Google 登入並勾選同意框後，我們會使用你的 Google 電郵向你發送以下電郵：

• 與帳戶或服務相關的通知（例如服務變動或安全事項）；
• 優惠、推廣及資訊訊息（EDM／直接促銷）：不定期向你介紹本服務及相關服務的優惠、新功能及資訊。

每封推廣電郵都會提供一鍵取消訂閱連結，你可隨時停止接收推廣訊息，而不影響帳戶或服務相關通知；你亦可電郵 hkxxtime@pm.me 要求停止接收。我們不會把你的電郵出售，或提供給第三方作其自身的推廣用途。退訂只影響本服務，唔會牽連你喺我們其他網站的訂閱。

The service works without signing in. If you sign in with Google and tick the consent box, we may email you service notices and promotional messages (EDM). Every promotional email carries a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing never affects account or service notices, and applies to this service only.

4. Google 用戶資料的有限使用 · Google Limited Use

5. 資料保留與刪除 · Retention & deletion

• 我們唔會喺伺服器保留你的日曆資料。畫面顯示的內容喺你關閉或重新整理後即消失。We retain no calendar data on servers; displayed content is gone once you close or refresh.
• 你的帳戶紀錄（電郵、顯示名稱、登入時間及次數）會保留至你要求刪除為止。喺 app 設定內撳「登出 Google 帳戶」會撤銷 Google 授權並清除本機資料；如需永久刪除伺服器上的帳戶紀錄，請電郵下方聯絡地址，我們會於 30 日內刪除。Your account record (email, display name, sign-in time and count) is kept until you ask us to delete it. Email us and we will delete it within 30 days.
• 你可以隨時喺 app 內登出，或到 Google 帳戶權限頁 撤銷本應用的存取權，即時終止一切存取並清除本機 token。You may sign out anytime, or revoke this app's access at your Google Account permissions page, which immediately ends all access.

6. 第三方 · Third parties

天氣資料來自香港天文台公開數據、交通到站來自 data.gov.hk 公開數據，過程唔涉及你的個人資料。以下第三方代我們處理你的資料，各自受其私隱政策約束，不得用作其自身用途：

• Google — 登入及日曆（calendar.readonly）；以及 reCAPTCHA（防止機械人濫用我們的資料介面）。reCAPTCHA 會為此目的收集硬件及軟件資訊並送交 Google 分析，適用 Google 私隱政策及服務條款。
• Cloudflare — 網站寄存及帳戶紀錄儲存（Workers KV）。
• Google Cloud（Firestore，香港／台灣區） — 如你同意接收電郵，你的電郵及同意紀錄會存放於我們的訂閱者資料庫。
• Brevo（Sendinblue） — 電郵發送平台，用作發送服務通知及推廣電郵（EDM）。

Weather comes from Hong Kong Observatory open data and transport arrivals from data.gov.hk open data, none of which involve your personal data. The processors above handle data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

7. 分析 · Analytics

本網站使用 Google Analytics（GA4）收集匿名的整體使用統計（例如頁面瀏覽、裝置類型），用作改善服務。呢啲數據唔會用嚟辨識個別身分，亦唔會同你的 Google 日曆或帳戶資料連結。你可安裝 Google Analytics 停用附加元件 退出。

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous aggregate usage statistics (e.g. page views, device type) to improve the service. This data is not used to identify individuals and is not linked to your Google Calendar or account data.

8. 兒童 · Children

本服務並非針對 13 歲以下兒童，我們亦唔會蓄意收集兒童的個人資料。
